Affiliation Agreement to Create Major Opportunities for Student-Athletes

Chilliwack Youth Soccer and Royal Racing FC Montegnee (RRFCM), have combined to offer an opportunity of a life-time to the Soccer playing youth, in the Lower Mainland and beyond. Under the Affiliation Agreement, Chilliwack Youth Soccer will serve as the Scouting and Development ‘hub’ for RRFCM of Belgium and will be offering regular trips to Europe for players & coaches. Mr. Paul Topping, President of RRFCM, and Mr. Dale Friesen, President of Scouting Solutions, were in Chilliwack to officially launch and discuss the new Agreement.

For the Chilliwack Youth Soccer Association, Andrea Laycock (Chair), said “This is a fantastic development for the players and coaches of today and for many years to come. We are very proud and privileged to be representing such a forward thinking organization as RRFCM and we are all greatly excited by the opportunities this will create.”
